The Computer Services Section (CSS) of the Educational Technologies Center (ETC) awarded Mr. Jovencio Elica, a technician from the Workshop unit, as the December 2018 Staff of the Month, on January 20, 2019.

Mr. Elica was awarded by the Staff Reward Committee with a memento, a certificate, and a cash gift for his outstanding performance and dedication in his work.

The staff rewards mechanism is awarded to the ‘Staff of the Month’ for his/her outstanding performance for a specified month based on the criteria set by the Center Staff Reward Program.

ETC firmly believes that rewards and recognition are vital factors to motivate, encourage and empower employees to do their best even without their superior’s regular monitoring of their job responsibilities.
