The ELC opened its doors for in -person study for Level 1 and Level 4 students on Sunday 26^th September 2021, with Covid 19 precautionary measures and guidelines in place.  The partial opening of the centre comes after approximately 18 months of online classes and worldwide disruptions due to the pandemic Covid 19. This move brings about fresh hope to eventually resume back to on campus studies.

For safety purposes, students and staff were instructed to continue to abide by the health and safety protocols, to maintain social distancing and hand sanitisation.  Level 1 co-ordinator Mr Salim Al Badi welcomed the students with sweets and good wishes and said that all students were feeling very excited to be at the university for the first time
