Employees from the different departments of the local government unit and mothers from Wilayat of Shinas, Liwa and Suhar, completed the ‘English Language Course (Elementary Level)’ which was offered by the English Language Center (ELC) at Shinas College of Technology (ShCT) from October 1 to December 5, 2018, held at F-136, and F- 143, 1^st Floor, ELC Building.

The classes were handled by ELC lecturers Ms. Shabina Tajudeen and Mr. Basit Sultan Tanoli for the local government employees while Ms. Catherine Manansala was in-charge of the classes for mothers.

The ‘English Language Course’ was offered as a way to help the participants improve their communication skills especially in using English as a means of communicating with other people.

At the end of the course, ELC Head Mr. Ali Abdullah Al- Balushi together with Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mamari awarded the certificate of attendance to all the participants.
