The Management at the ELC, held a meeting with committee co-ordinators and level co-ordinators to prepare a comprehensive action plan aligned with the Centre’s Operational Plan (OP) and the University’s Strategic Plan.   Mr Saif Al Weshahi chaired the meeting which was held on 6^th October at the English Language Centre.  The Action Plans for each committee were reviewed and the importance of aligning them with the Centre’s OP and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) was discussed.  Level Co-ordinators and Committee Coordinators systematically communicate all action plans to the lecturers, in turn, the lecturers relate significant plans to the students.  Mr Saif commented that students, as the main recipient of the teaching and learning processes and other learning experiences, must be made aware of the University’s Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives, including the Graduate Attributes. This directive is in line with the OAAA Recommendations on the GFP QA Audit.
