Engineering students attend ‘Maximum Power Point Tracking Methods’ seminar
Electrical Engineering students from all levels attended a seminar on ‘Maximum Power Point Tracking Methods’ at the Engineering Building, Room B-103, on February 12, 2019.
Resource Speaker Mr. Qutaiba Mazin, a technician from the Electrical Section of the Engineering Department (ED), shed light on photovoltaic systems and the differences in the performance of tracking methods. He also discussed the maximum power that can be extracted from a solar panel.
The seminar ended with an open forum between Mr. Qutaiba and the participants.
Said workshop was organized by the Engineering Club.
