The Business Studies Department at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences Shinas recently held a workshop titled "Self-Awareness Through SWOT - Key to Success" on 2^nd May 2023. The event was organized by the Community and Alumni Engagement Committee. The workshop was aimed at improving students' SWOT analysis skills and enhancing their self-awareness with regard to their personality traits. The resource speaker, Dr. Geeta Thakur, a  lecturer in the HR section of UTAS-Shinas, provided valuable insights on how to pave the way for success in one's life. She skillfully guided students on the art of self-reflection and encouraged them to understand their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.The workshop was attended by numerous enthusiastic Business Studies Department students who actively participated in the event. They learned valuable lessons and received practical advice that will be useful in their future endeavors. The workshop concluded with a lively Q&A session, where students interacted with Dr. Geeta and gained further insights into the topic.
