The Business Studies Department at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences-Shinas in collaboration with the Community and Alumni Engagement Committee organized a Workshop titled “SWOT KNOW YOURSELF – PATH TO DIRECT OUR ENERGY” On 6^th December 2022.  Dr. Geeta Thakur Lecturer for the HR Section was the speaker for the day. In her presentation she focused on self-analysis and development, an area that she explained, has to be considered in the present competitive world. The speaker emphasized the importance of Self SWOT analysis, which can act as a vital tool in leading us towards an effective path, by orienting all our energy in identifying our key strengths or weaknesses, to seek out opportunities available in the job market. The participants actively took part and demonstrated their SWOT model, after employing the practical skills learned in the session. The session ended on a fruitful note, providing a platform to share and gain a variety of experiences, on several perspectives on the topic. The Community and Alumni Engagement committee members extended a warm vote of thanks to the speaker and all the participants at the end.
