The Staff Support Services Committee of the Business Studies Department conducted a training on “Webinar Techniques: Using Technologies in Online Teaching” on 18th November 2021.The resource person was Mr. Edgardo A. Dalan, Jr, an IT Lecturer from the IT Department of UTAS – Shinas. He discussed the different technologies available for online teaching as well as those technologies that can aid online classes like gamed-based learning platforms. The presentation explored applications of Office 365 and new features of MS Teams, to be used in future online classes.The training was facilitated by Mr. Reynald A. Funtinilla, Committee coordinator and Ms. Fatma Al Ajmi, Head of Marketing Communication at UTAS-Shinas.
