The Student Support Services Committee of Business Department organized an online workshop titled “Entrepreneurship Journey” on Wednesday, 20^th October 2021. The guest speaker, Mr. Abdullah Hamed Hamood Al-Brashdi, SMEF and assistant manager for Corporate Initiative was welcomed and introduced by Mr Narsaiah Lakkavatri, member of SSS Committee. Mr. Abdullah spoke on the of topic entrepreneurship, explaining the relevance of using the ‘SMART’ approach, which is defined as specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely. ‘The best way to predict the future is to create it!’ was the overall theme of  Mr. Abdullah’s workshop, in which he also shared his experience and presented some new ideas for budding entrepreneurs, to help them begin their journey.  Students were given the opportunity to ask questions and give comments during the session. Ms. Nithya Sambamoorthy gave the vote of thanks to the guest speaker at the end of the interactive session.
