For students, personal interest is essential when choosing which career path to take. However, the question relies on the realization of their passion. The BSD conceptualized and initiated a training on “Knowing Your Passion.”  The training was conducted by Ms. Khadija Ahmed Ali Al-Issaei, Human Resource - Head of Section of the BSD this 8^th of July, 2021 through MS Teams.  The guest speaker shared her expertise and experience in the training session, which was highly engaging and informative for the students. A question and answer session also allowed students to get detailed information within their own context.  Ms. Khadija suggested supplementary reading materials in order to broaden the students’ perspective and to further boost their knowledge to help them in making informed choices.
