As part of the BSD’s efforts to enable students in becoming a significant part of the local labour force and in response to the needs of the industry, to prepare students towards the paradigm shift in leadership, a training session was delivered on “Enhancing Leadership Skills During Troubled Times”  The session which was held on 17^th of June 2021, focused on different concepts and latest research outcomes, supplemented with anecdotes and expertise of the resource speaker.  The students actively participated in the discussion throughout the session. The webinar was conducted by Dr. Ma. Teresita Calapis, who is a recipient of various awards in the field of leadership and education.
