Business Studies Online OJT students attended the 4-day training organized by the OJT Department in collaboration with OQ (ORPIC). The training programmed was developed and conducted by OQ staff from May 30^th to June 2^nd for UTAS-Shinas students in order to enhance their employability skills. 

Day 1 focused on Interview skills in which presenter Ms. Sahira Al Zadjali provided practical and situational scenarios and tips.  Day 2 covered CV writing skills, also presented by Ms. Sahira, the students were introduced to the latest trends and employers’ expectations for a well presented CV. Day 3 and 4 focused on Interpersonal skills which was presented by Mr. Hamdan Al-Zaabi who shared tips on how to improve interpersonal skills of the students.  Students’ enthusiasm was reflected in their active participation in the discussion and the question and answer part of the training.

OQ trainers’ effort and support were recognized and appreciated by the students and the university.
