As part of the Online OJT program, the BSD initiated and conducted a webinar on “Strategic Planning and Performance Management” for OJT students to broaden their knowledge and awareness on practical approaches in developing strategies to manage its implementation and evaluation through performance management in a business setup.  The guest speaker shared his professional and academic experiences to supplement the concepts presented and enthusiastically entertained students’ inquisitive minds.  The webinar was conducted by Dr. Jeriel Agbuya, President and Chairman of the Board of Nazarene Academy, Inc., on June 10, 2021 through MS Teams.
