ShCT Management conducts Academic General Staff Meeting
The Management of Shinas College of Technology (ShCT) conducted an Academic General Staff Meeting on January 7, 2020 at the Theatre, Engineering Building.
The first session was attended by lecturers from the Engineering and Business Studies Department, while participation in the second session included Information Technology Department and the English Language Center lecturers.
During the meeting, the following were discussed: ShCT’s major achievements for Academic Year (AY) 2018-2019, revised policies and procedures, statistics on the funded research by The Research Council (TRC), Strategic Plan for AY 2019-2024 and other Quality Assurance tasks. The staff were also encouraged to make use of Proquest, Masader, E-Learning and Turnitin in their classes.
All the staff who received funds for AY 2018-2019 for their research were awarded with certificates.
The meeting concluded with an open forum between the attendees and the ShCT Management.
