The Information Technology Department conducted an online training titled “Microsoft Power Platform and Machine Learning” from 25th December to 29th December 2022, via Microsoft Teams meetings. The said webinar was aimed at introducing  machine learning and the fundamentals of power platform.

Mr. Ziad Miski, and Mr.  Hicham Yassine from High End Performance (HEP), an industry licensed for Microsoft, in Oman served as the resource speakers.  Mr. Ziad Miski discussed the components and features of Power Platform and when to use each component application to create a business solution.   Mr. Hicham Yassine discussed the concept of Machine learning and its applications.

Twenty staff members from IT, Networking and Math sections attended each day.

IT Staff Professional Development Committee (SPDC) organized and facilitated the online training.
