Students from the English Club organised a Book Review competition for foundation level students on Tuesday 29^th March 2022.  The competition which was held at the amphitheatre in the Engineering Building, invited students to present a short review about a book they had read in English.  Ten students from various levels took part in the competition.  They delivered their presentations in English, before an audience of students and teachers, from the English Language Centre.  A panel of judges consisting of Mr Salim Al Badi, Ms Safiya Al Makhmari and Ms Razwana Khawaja provided instant feedback to each presenter and selected the winners. Mr Hamdan Al Abri, Head of Section, presented certificates to the winners and commented that the event was a great initiative from the English Club which allowed foundation students to showcase their presentation skills.   The winner for the best presentation was Bayan Mohammed Saif Al Omairi and the other winners were Sara Al Saidi, Mohammed Yousif Al Balushi and Taif Al Badi.
