The Business Studies Department and On-the-job Training Department organized a workshop entitled “labour Market Skills and Entrepreneurship’’ for a group of eleventh and tenth grade students at Umm Salamah School for Girls in Sohar on 20^th & 21^th April 2022. The event was organized by the Community Engagement Committee. The resource speakers, Dr. Mozah Al-Shihi - Senior Lecturer in the Department of Commercial Studies, addressed the topic of entrepreneurship, while Ms. Fatma Al-Shibli- Head of the On-the-Job Training Department, addressed the topic of labor market skills. The 188 female students participating in this workshop were divided into 6 lectures over two days. As a token of appreciation, the headmaster Mrs. Huda Al Balushi awarded the speakers with a certificate and memorial shield.
