About Human Resources Management Section
The success of any organization depends on the quality and quantity of its workforce. Human Resource is the most important asset of any organization.
Human Resource is a subject which provides a learning platform for students to learn to work with people’s skills, abilities and interests. This specialization provides an overview of how an organization can discharge its responsibility, by formulating policies and implementing strategies relating to the management of workforce. It also equips students to accept various roles confidently in the organization and contribute positively to the development of the country.
The various courses under this specialization will acquaint students with the nuances of the Omani Government rules and regulations in business, decision making, strategies of business and manpower planning and management.
