Mr. Thanigaivel Ganesan, Networking lecturer, gave a talk about the Internet of Things and its security to the IT staff on November 8, 2016. He cited several applications of this type that are useful to different sectors.

Moreover, he also discussed the various threats of this technology. Among those are threats to one’s security and privacy. He further explained how this technology is exploited in numerous ways.
