The English Language Center of ShCT, in collaboration with the Social Development Department of Wilayat of Shinas, currently offers a Basic Language Course to Omani citizens.

Attended by 21 Omani citizens, the three-month course runs from January 24 till March 24, 2016.

With the guidance of ELC Head Mr. Ali Abdullah Al Balushi, ELC lecturer Mr. Nassir Abbas conducts the classes every Sunday at D-008 and every Tuesday and Thursday at E-10.

The course aims to make the participants proficient in basic spoken and written English.
