The Engineering Department (ED) of Shinas College of Technology organized a short-term training program on Combined Cycle Power Generation and Desalination Plant Thermal Assessment in B-123 on April 17, 2016.

The training was attended by ten participants working in various companies.

Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Washahi, the resource person, demonstrated the various aspects in combined cycle power generation and desalination plant thermal assessment.

The main objective of this activity was to acquaint the trainees on the performance assessment of combined cycle overall and for the individual components.
