Civil Engineering students visit Sohar Airport

A group of Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering students visited Sohar Airport on February 6, 2017.

The industrial visit aimed to impart on the Civil Engineering students practical knowledge in planning and designing airports.

Sohar Airport Manager Mr. Sameer Al Jabri welcomed the group, while Mr. Abdul Rahman explained the technical specifications of airport construction.

Dr.Mahmoud Khazalah, HOS of  Civil Section and lecturer Mr. A. Kandasamy organized this one-day industrial visit.
