The Industrial Link Committee of the Business Studies Department (BSD) spearheaded the ‘Art of Organizational Behavior’ workshop on April 6-7, 2016.

Head of Section for  BSD’s Human Resources Management Ms. Khadija Ahmed Al Isaei, the resource speaker, emphasized how to interface human behavior in an organization’s settings, specifically in the different  Omani governmental  institutions.

The workshop aimed to create awareness about the importance of team work in creating vital change, overcoming limitations and generating performance that is greater than the sum of the performance of individual members.

More than 60 participants from different governmental institutions from Saham, Sohar, Liwa and Shinas participated in the workshop, which engaged them through different learning games and exercises.

The participants were felicitated with a certificate by BSD Head of Department Ms. Moza Al Shihi.
