Illuminating Royal Words

“We urge the youth of Oman to take full advantage of the accessible opportunities for education, training and work we offer them. We continuously request for all our citizens to understand that the labour force in Oman needs its youth to participate in the education, training and employment structure we have established. Our future depends on our youth and we are deeply concerned that our youth attend the programs we have put in place. Our goals will be accomplished when we see our young Omanis participating in the program which we recognized.” Bylaws of Colleges of Technology, page 3.
